D & M Water Supply Corporation offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

***PLEASE NOTE IF YOUR SERVICE HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED...contact our office during normal business hours at (936)559-9900 for information on how to have service restored. Verified receipt of payment for the balance plus $60 in connection fees is required. Sometimes additonal information is required before service may be restored. After-hours reconnection of service is not available for past-due accounts.

Online Bill Payment Portal

Registering for the online bill payment portal will allow you to view your account information, pay your bill and manage auto payment options. If you need assistance registering for the first time or with password resets call (936) 559-9900 during business hours.

Pay On-line 24-7.  

Pay by Phone by calling our office (936) 559-9900 and selecting option 1. 

Please note convenience fees are charged by a 3rd party for processing online & pay by phone payments. *D & M Water Supply does not receive any portion of the convenience fee. To avoid this fee you may use any of our other convenient payment options.

Security & Privacy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card numbers, names, and addresses, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.

Payment by Mail - If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send payment with your payment coupon or provide your account number. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least seven days before the due date specified on your bill.

Automatic Bank Draft - The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, log in to your online D & M account select Manage Payment Methods or download and complete the Recurring Bank Draft Form and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check. 

Payment Drop-off Location - You may pay your bill in person at our office address 111 Buck Alley, Douglass, Texas 75943.

Drive-through drop box payments. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, debit cards, or money orders.

At Commercial Bank of Texas local branches (CBTx).  Please take your water bill statement with you and allow five days for your payment to process.  For a list of Nacogdoches CBTx locations follow this link: https://www.cbtx.com/locations/.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay - Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
