Boil Water Rescind Notice - Areas included in this notice: CR 723 south of CR 724 to Hwy 7, CR 620 down to include 621, Hwy 7 from CR 723 West to Alazan Bayou

On October 13, 2025, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required D & M Water Supply, PWS ID No. 1740010, to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers that due to loss of pressure, line break and water outage, the water from our system was required to be boiled prior to consumption.
Our system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore adequate pressure, and /or bacteriological quality and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of October 17, 2025.
